TKC 2024: See You in Thailand!

ARRIVING AT TKC 2024 & WHAT TO BRING

We look forward to seeing you at TKC 2024 in Bangkok, THAILAND!

Most of us are arriving on Thursday 11th of July. We are staying at the Park Nine Hotel. The hotel shuttle bus leaves BANGKOK SUVARNABHUMI AIRPORT every hour starting 12:30am to 11:30pm. Please refer to the shuttle bus timetable and instructions below.

WHAT TO PACK:

The weather will be hot so summer clothes are recommended but the evenings and the air-conditioning in the conference room could be quite cold so we also recommend packing a jacket or cardigan and long pants or dress.

Here is a list of essential things to pack:
1. Bible
2. Passport and print out of visa (if required)
3. Summer clothes
4. Jacket or Cardigan
5. Tooth brush and tooth paste
6. Any medicines you need

Here is a list of optional things to pack:
1. Swimwear (if you want to go swimming in morning or free time)
2. Your own shampoo, conditioner and soap/body wash (if your skin or hair is sensitive to hotel provided bottles)
3. Sunscreen
4. Sunglasses
5. Some money for souvenirs or to spend if you wish to visit the shopping centres, etc (You should Thai baht although most places will also accept credit/debit card)
